Salary: £17.62 pa

We're looking for a proactive and organised People (HR) & Talent Administrator to support our people & learning & development activities.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for learning & development who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences while supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee experience.

You will play a key role in co-ordinating training, maintaining learning records, supporting apprenticeships, and helping to ensure our team members have access to high-quality development opportunities across our business.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Build, upload and assign learning content, training modules and compliance training.
  • Support the creation of engaging e-learning content and development resources.
  • Monitor training completion, produce compliance reports and follow up on outstanding learning activities.
  • Support apprenticeship programmes, liaising with managers, mentors, apprentices and training providers.
  • Maintain accurate training records and development data.

People & Talent Support

  • Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding and right-to-work checks.
  • Coordinate interviews and support recruitment campaigns and events.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and People systems.
  • Support employee relations meetings through scheduling and note-taking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Talent team.

    About You

    You will be an organised and detail-focused administrator with a genuine interest in learning, development and employee experience.

      Essential Skills & Experience

      • Previous administration experience.
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
      • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy.
      • Professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.

      Highly Advantageous

      • Knowledge and experience of MAPAL One/Flow Learning Management System (LMS).
      • Experience using a Learning Management System and producing learning compliance reports.
      • Experience creating or managing e-learning modules and digital learning content.
      • Previous experience within HR/people, vetting, learning & development, recruitment or hospitality administration.

      Successful applicants will be required to provide a three-year employment history and five-year address history in order to work on Hinkley Point C. They must be able to provide in date photographic ID and their right to work in the UK so that security clearance can be obtained as these roles are based on a nuclear regulated site.
