ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will define technical strategies, ensure platform scalability and security, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and provide architectural leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• Create solution architecture, technical design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
• Ensure platform performance, security, compliance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and consultants.
• Review code and enforce ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Lead upgrade planning, platform optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals where required
