UKG Configuration Analyst

Position Title: UKG Configuration Analyst

Location - NYC - Onsite as needed

Position Summary:

CORE REQUIREMENTS

3–5+ years hands-on UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions) configuration in Pay Rules, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.

Healthcare or 24/7 shift-based environment experience (hospital or comparably regulated shift industry).

• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating existing configurations, not only net-new builds.

• Working knowledge of FLSA, state wage-and-hour rules, and multi-differential pay structures.

• Experience with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality within Advanced Scheduling.

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Prior UKG implementation experience specifically within a hospital or health system client.

• Union / CBA rule configuration experience.

• Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration points and interface troubleshooting.

• UKG certification — Pro WFM configuration or implementation track.

FIT SIGNALS TO SCREEN FOR

• Comfort operating alongside a client team with trust concerns from a prior flawed design.

• Strong documentation discipline — design specs, test scripts, UAT tracking.

• Ability to coordinate across a shared build with 7 other configuration analysts without rule conflicts or duplicated logic.
