Refrigeration Engineer

Location:London and surrounding areas
Salary:Around £23 per hour DOE
Hours:40 hours per week + overtime
Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

The Role

• Installation of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems

• Installation and connection of refrigeration equipment and pipework

• Working with refrigeration packs and associated systems

• CO2 refrigeration installation where experienced

• Fault finding and commissioning support

• Working from drawings and technical specifications

• Completing installation and service documentation

• Working safely and professionally on customer sites

• Occasional call-outs as part of a shared rota

About You

• Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer

• Strong commercial/industrial refrigeration installation experience

• Good understanding of refrigeration systems and installation methods

• CO2 refrigeration and pack experience highly desirable

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good fault-finding and technical skills

• Relevant refrigeration qualifications

• Full UK driving licence

Package

• Around £23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• 40 hours per week

• Additional hours and overtime available

• Shared weekly call-out rota

• Travel time paid within reasonable limits

• 1.5x overtime between midnight6am and Saturdays

• 2x overtime on Sundays and bank holidays

• Predominantly London-based work
