Position: Application Developer - Cloud Integration

Duration:12+Months

Location: Dallas, TX

Required skills: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS Pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon DynamoDB

Nice-to-have skills:

• Service design with a developer background and quick learning ability.
• Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.).
• Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
• Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
• Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
