Junior / Jr . Project Manager, --Artificial intelligence (AI)

Position: Project Manager, AI Innovations Institute Location: - Remote (Contract)

• Lead projects from intake through delivery, maintaining accountability for timeline, scope, and communication
  Serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
  Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  Schedule and coordinate key project meetings, including client calls, intake discussions, and status updates
  Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices
  Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
  Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and gather clear requirements
  Ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  Some technical background; strong technical foundation a plus
  Interest in or familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
