Sr. Learning Specialist

Overview

Seeking a Sr. Learning Specialist who can perform both Instructional Design and training delivery. The role will design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs across blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning.
• Develop eLearning content using Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Deliver and facilitate training, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences.
• Manage training programs end-to-end, including needs assessment, scheduling, coordination, delivery, and evaluation.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders and support training projects from conception through completion.
• Mentor/coaching other trainers or learning professionals as needed.
• Manage LMS administration and reporting.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in both Instructional Design AND training/facilitation.
• Strong instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with training evaluation, needs assessment, and LMS reporting.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver learning solutions independently.
