We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer with strong expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and enterprise PeopleSoft implementations. The ideal candidate will support development, customization, integration, and production support activities across PeopleSoft applications.

🔹 Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development
• Expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
• Experience with Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and API integrations
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases
• Experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related modules
• Knowledge of workflow, security, and reporting frameworks
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, and patching activities

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications and components
• Develop Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, SQR, and integrations
• Support interfaces with third-party and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with functional analysts, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM implementations
• Exposure to Cloud integrations, Oracle Cloud, or middleware platforms
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
