# Project Manager ERP Transformation Melbourne Head Office19-Jun-2026MFG/Melbourne Head Office Category: Information Systems Position Type: Contract Full Time Attachments: No File Attached Application Close Date: 24-Jul-2026 Job DescriptionAt Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant ERP transformation project that will shape the future of our business operations.Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this is an 18 Month Fixed-Term role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology projects, with an initial focus on the implementation of MFG's ERP program. Working closely with senior business leaders, technology teams and external delivery partners, you'll play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes and driving business transformation across the organisation.This is an opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who has successfully led an ERP implementation or major ERP upgrade within a retail environment and understands the challenges of delivering large-scale business change across multiple functions, including retail, supply chain and finance. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP transformation program, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, budget, timeline and quality. Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, budgets and executive reporting. Manage project interdependencies, critical paths and resource requirements across multiple workstreams. Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic priorities. Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, issues and key decisions. Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners and internal delivery teams to achieve project milestones. Oversee project financials, including budget management, forecasting, change requests and delivery risks. Support business readiness activities, including change management, training and post-go-live stabilisation. About you Strong background delivering complex technology and business transformation projects within a retail environment - essential Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades from initiation through to post-go-live support and stabilisation. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage executives, business leaders, vendors and technical teams. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, resource planning and delivery methodologies. A collaborative and pragmatic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can successfully navigate complexity and change.
