Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Service Management and SAP Public Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional consultant with the ability to independently configure SAP solutions, support enterprise structure setup, and perform required site-level configurations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support SAP Service Management solutions.
  • Perform enterprise structure configuration and related organizational setup.
  • Execute manual configuration activities required for individual sites and locations.
  • Configure and support SAP Service Management business processes.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Provide independent functional consulting and troubleshooting support.
  • Support SAP Public Cloud implementation and configuration activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with SAP Service Management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service / SAP Service Management Suite specialization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud.
  • Experience with enterprise structure and organizational configuration.
  • Ability to perform site-specific and manual SAP configuration activities.
  • Strong SAP functional consulting and configuration background.
  • Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
