Location - Fort Meade, MD
Duration - 6 Month Contract to Hire

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to provide technical guidance, enterprise architecture support, strategic planning, systems integration, and IT modernization expertise. The role will work with technical and business stakeholders to develop solutions, architecture, integration plans, technical documentation, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting large-scale IT systems and enterprise environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, Technical Integration, IT Modernization, and Digital Transformation.
• Working knowledge of Joint Publication (JP) 5-0 and operational planning concepts.
• Experience with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of LAN, CAN, WAN, cloud environments, data centers, server infrastructure, and enterprise communications.
• Experience with IaaS and PaaS technologies.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving system and network issues.
• Experience developing system architectures, technical designs, integration plans, and implementation plans.
• Experience supporting legacy and future-state systems and aligning technology solutions with organizational objectives.
• Strong experience preparing technical documentation, CONOPS, strategic reports, training plans, and executive briefings.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and presenting technical recommendations to decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of SAFe and ITIL 4 principles.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required Certification:
Must have at least one active certification in one of the following areas:
