IT Business Consultant (Windows Engineer with SQL, IIS)
Location: Remote / Onsite
Position Type-Full-time / W2 - with Infinite Computer Solutions
Job Details:
As an IT Business Consultant, you will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and supporting DNA core banking solutions, ensuring successful client onboarding and implementation.

What You'll Do
  • Support implementation, deployment, and configuration of DNA core banking solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, IIS, databases, and integrated applications.
  • Configure and support forms, documents, media, and archival processes.
  • Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure successful implementations.
  • Participate in implementation projects and professional services engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure, application support, or implementation consulting.
  • Strong experience with Windows Server environments and IIS administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting clients remotely and on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise-wide application implementations.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv DNA and WMF technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and web technologies.
  • Experience with Nexus Evolution, Nautilus, or Hyland OnBase ECM.
  • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer, Ascensus Forms, or DocuSign.
  • Banking or financial services technology experience is a plus.
