Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ years


Skyline BDC is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to introduce our integrated branding, creative and digital solutions to businesses across industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating compelling client pitches, building strong relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients. What You'll Do:

  • Identify and approach prospective clients across industries to generate new business opportunities for the agency.
  • Introducing Skyline BDC's integrated services, including branding, creative campaigns, digital marketing, and strategic communication solutions.
  • Create customised client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to each prospect's business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Conduct agency presentations, client meetings and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Client Servicing teams to develop impactful pitches and business proposals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns and industry events.
  • Negotiate commercials, follow up on proposals and convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales activities, prepare business reports and track revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to identify new avenues for business growth.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in an advertising, branding, digital or media agency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in creating client pitches and proposals.
  • Target-driven with strong networking and lead generation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
