Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022).
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS Cloud infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, and Security Groups.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Install, configure, and maintain IIS Web Servers, application pools, SSL certificates, and website deployments.
  • Perform Windows Server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, backup validation, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • Monitor server health, system performance, storage, network connectivity, and security using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server, AWS infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
  • Support hybrid cloud environments by integrating on-premises infrastructure with AWS services.
  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps repositories, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines to support infrastructure automation.
  • Administer Linux servers (RHEL and Ubuntu) to support enterprise applications.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline system administration and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to deploy, maintain, and support enterprise applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or Windows Server Administrator.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022).
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Administration experience, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Security Groups, and Elastic Load Balancers.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and licensing.
  • 3+ years of experience administering IIS Web Servers.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and firewall concepts.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and Windows automation.
  • Experience with server patching, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Azure Administration.
  • Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Linux Administration (RHEL and Ubuntu).
  • Infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • API Management and middleware administration.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance standards.

Important Notes to Applicants:

  • Windows Server Administration and AWS Cloud Administration are the primary skills for this role.
