Configuration Manager - Mid-Level Why This is an Exciting Role: BI&A is seeking a Mid-Level Configuration Management Specialist to establish, maintain, and oversee configuration and data management policies, procedures, and tools across our organization. This role is critical in ensuring standardized, cost-effective approaches to configuration management for both internally developed and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

Experience and Qualifications: To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications: Required Education and Years of Experience:

• 8 Years of experience in Configuration Management roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master's Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
• Deep knowledge and understanding of software configuration management concepts, goals, benefits, and strategies
• Hands-on experience with standard commercial configuration management software products such as ClearCase, Subversion, JSMART, Razor, TeamWare, or similar configuration management tools
• Proficiency in automating unit and integration testing processes
• Strong understanding of build management and continuous integration practices
• Background in coordinating with development, engineering, and quality assurance teams
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with modern DevOps tools and practices
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based configuration management solutions
• Certification in configuration management or related disciplines

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. $105,000 - $164,000 Contingent Upon Program Award The position is contingent upon program award.
