Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 environments and LAN networking infrastructure. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices while providing end-user technical support. Candidates should have experience with Windows 11 administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity troubleshooting. The engineer will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure minimal downtime. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
