Analyzing Technician I - Elgin, IL - Contract (W2) - $17-27 per HR

Join our team as a skilled professional responsible for testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies. Based in a dynamic environment in the Midwest region, this onsite contract position offers opportunities to apply technical expertise in a state-of-the-art facility. Utilize various test instruments to ensure the quality and functionality of electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze electronic assemblies using various test equipment and troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, defining corrective actions effectively.
• Identify defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
• Record data of failures and communicate diagnoses clearly.
• Support factory operations on weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience in electronics troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in operating electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting.
• Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
