The Role • Build and manage your own fitness studio franchise. • Oversee all operational aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality assurance. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Implement local marketing strategies to drive member acquisition and retention. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities. • Motivation and drive to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales—cross-entry professionals are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and people. • Minimum of €25,000 to €75,000 in personal equity.
