The Role • Ensure optimal medical care for internal medicine patients within the scope of your training. • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the guidance of experienced colleagues, appropriate to your stage of development. • Actively participate in quality assurance measures, focusing on high-quality patient admission and discharge processes. • Assist in optimizing clinical workflows and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
