Job Title: BaaN UAT SIT Tester

FLex Location: Remote (But could include travel to Austin, TX or San Jose, CA)

Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Job Description:
5+ years of experience testing Baan ERP applications.
Strong experience in creating and executing SIT and UAT test cases.
Experience validating end-to-end ERP business processes.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience with defect management and test management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
Ability to analyze functional specifications and business requirements.
Strong defect analysis and root cause investigation skills.
Experience performing regression, integration, and functional testing.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
