Role Overview

  • Stratsol SoftwareSystems is lookingfor a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our domestic market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in IT staffing and recruitment sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to revenuegrowth.
  • This role requiresa proactive individual who can identifynew business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and position Stratsol as a preferred IT staffing partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strongunderstanding of Stratsol's IT staffing services andalign offerings with client requirements through market research and customer insights.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailcampaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust databaseof prospects and clients.
  • Establish and nurturelong-term relationships with key decision-makers across organizations.
  • Leverage existing networks, including C-suite and D-suiteconnections, to generatequalified leads and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintaina healthy sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and deliveryteams to drive conversions and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Identify and pursuenew opportunities withinthe Staff Augmentation andIT Staffing domain.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and business communications.
