The Role • Lead the capture and pursuit of high-value business opportunities within the UK public sector. • Develop and execute winning strategies that differentiate the company and meet client requirements. • Engage with senior customers and stakeholders to understand challenges and desired outcomes. • Assemble and lead high-performing capture teams, providing clear and inspired leadership. • Collaborate with Bid Managers to develop compelling proposals that address all evaluation criteria. • Manage internal stakeholder engagement through deal governance stages. What You'll Need • Proven experience securing new business within the UK public sector (National and Devolved Government, National Security, and Defence). • Ability to sell multi-discipline IT and system integration solutions. • Strong understanding of sales and capture strategy, with demonstrable business development leadership. • Track record of winning complex IT services opportunities exceeding £20m, ideally within the UK public sector. • Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively across organisational boundaries, including multi-national divisions.
