Description * Participating in the execution of the monthly build process and providing supporting documentation [Trouble Reports (TR), System Version Document (SVD), and Load Plan/Installation Procedures (IP)] * Installing GOTS and COTS software, troubleshooting, and providing extensive information systems security analysis and the controls implemented to secure a system * Being responsible for quality assurance checks of products and documentation generated by teammates #LI-SF1 Requirements * Certifications Required: Security +, MCP (MCSA - Windows 10) * Both written and verbal communications skills are required * Must be able to work well in a team environment * Windows based systems administration/configuration/installation skills Desired Skills * BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, or BS IT * Scripting experience * Tanzu experience * Kubernetes experience * Familiar with troubleshooting Windows® domains, services (DHCP, DNS, WINS), and applications * Candidate should also be familiar with VMware virtualization technologies * Familiarity with the functions of the Windows registry, directory structure, and Group Policy is a plus * Additional consideration will be given for experience with PowerShell\Batch\VBS scripting, GCCS-J, C2PC, VMware vSphere (ESXi), VMware vCenter, HBSS, DISA STIGS, ACAS, NESSUS, and IBM software (JAZZ) Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements * 30% to 50% travel after a year of training About Us Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
