An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious large commercial tourist site in Kensington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineer with a strong plumbing and building services maintenance background to work on a unique, high-profile site.

The Role

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across plumbing/ mechanical building services.
• Working on plumbing systems, pumps, valves, pipework, water systems and associated mechanical plant.
• Fault finding, repairs and general mechanical maintenance.
• Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the site remains fully operational.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with statutory compliance.

Requirements

• Mechanical/plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong plumbing maintenance background.
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance or FM environments.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with pumps, valves, pipework and water systems.

• Kensington Large Commercial Tourist Attraction Site
• Days Only Shift Role
• Shift Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off
• Working Hours: 7am7pm & 10am10pm
• £44,000 Basic Salary
• Overtime Available
• ASAP Start Available
