Job Description

PKI System Administrator | Fort Belvoir, VA, United States | On-site | $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 This employer is a recognized leader in technology and industry, serving government and commercial clients with innovative digital and mission solutions. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network. • Manage and troubleshoot complex Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems. • Support walkup customers and remote users with PKI-related inquiries and technical issues. • Train Trusted Agents at remote sites on basic PKI duties and ensure operational readiness. • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades for PKI servers and implement new technologies. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines. What You'll Need • Technical expertise in IdAM systems and familiarity with PKI technologies, RCVS, and OCSP. • Experience with issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication. • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and documenting solutions. • Understanding of Intelligence Community systems security standards and concepts. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Required TS/SCI with Poly clearance or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
