The Role • Lead the outpatient and inpatient care of spinal surgery patients. • Serve as the primary surgeon for the full spectrum of spinal procedures. • Actively contribute to the strategic and professional advancement of the department. • Participate in teaching and mentorship for junior colleagues. • Engage in on-call duties for spinal surgery approximately every six weeks. What You'll Need • Board certification in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery or Neurosurgery with a specialization in spine. • Proven expertise in microsurgery of the cervical and lumbar spine. • Experience or willingness to pursue a Ph.D. and/or DWG Master Certification. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, safely, and responsibly in a clinical setting. • Strong social engagement, empathy, and professional demeanor. • Commitment to ongoing research and contribution to on-call responsibilities.
