Senior C++ Developer

A growing and well-established engineering software company is hiring a Senior C++ Engineer for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is based in Dallas, TX with a flexible hybrid schedule (1-2 days onsite). The team develops high-performance Windows desktop applications used in real-world design and validation scenarios, with a strong emphasis on C++ and computational accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with C++ in a production environment
• Experience building or maintaining Windows desktop applications
• Familiarity with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
• Experience working in large or legacy codebases
