The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio with full entrepreneurial responsibility. • Manage key business aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality standards. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Implement and uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Personal equity of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership skills and excellent teamwork capabilities. • High motivation to establish and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and working with people. • Prior experience in fitness, service industries, management, or sales is beneficial (though not mandatory).
