Job Description

Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Glen Allen, Virginia

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 for our premier client in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Education and Experience »
  • Experience in manual and/or automated software testing
  • Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., Xray, Jira)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • JIRA: 4 years.
  • Xray: 4 years.
  • Hands on automation scripting: : 5 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
  • Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain and update test documentation and coverage reports
  • Support regression testing efforts and contribute to automation initiatives
