The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during early and late shifts. • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, alongside reservation handling. • Handle professional telephone and email correspondence. • Provide excellent service to guests, including beverage service at the bar. • Ensure guest satisfaction through an empathetic and authentic approach. What You'll Need • Ideally, completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or hotel clerk, with prior front office or customer service experience. • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus. • Independent, reliable, and strong organizational skills. • Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. • Excellent manners and a polished appearance. • Proficiency in German and at least one other foreign language.
