🚨 We're Hiring: Certificate of Insurance (COI) Specialist – Property & Casualty Insurance 🚨

📍 Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
📅 Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
 

Are you experienced in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and support insurance operations for a leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Proof of Insurance accurately and efficiently.
✅ Review and interpret insurance policies to ensure compliance with client requirements.
✅ Work with ACORD 25 and other industry-standard insurance forms.
✅ Communicate with internal teams, brokers, and clients to resolve certificate-related inquiries.
✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality documentation.
✅ Deliver accurate work with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Required Skills:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance or Insurance Broking.
✔️ Hands-on experience processing Certificates of Insurance (COI) / Proof of Insurance.
✔️ Strong understanding of insurance documentation and policy interpretation.
✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

⭐ Experience with ACORD 25 and other ACORD forms.
⭐ Knowledge of insurance regulations related to certificate issuance.
⭐ Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

🎓 Education: Graduate Degree Required
