The family is in their fifth generation and plays a hands-on role in running the business. Most people know us for our stairlifts. Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts. We also provide maintenance and repair services.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced lift professional to step into a strategic product leadership role with one of the UK's most recognised names in the industry.
Shape the future of Stannah's new lift portfolio, influencing product safety, innovation, and compliance across thousands of installations nationwide.
As Technical Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our lift products remain safe, compliant, and ready for market. Working closely with installation teams, suppliers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership across product safety, compliance, product development, and installation support.
This is a permanent hybrid opportunity. To support a successful induction, you'll initially be based at our Andover Head Office while completing your onboarding and building knowledge of our products and processes, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.
Ideally, you'll be based in Southern England, with regular travel to Andover, London, and other Stannah locations as required.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:15 and Friday 08:30 to 13:30.
Technical Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead product safety and compliance across our lift portfolio.
- Manage product investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and certifications.
- Drive product improvements with OEM partners and support new product development.
- Provide expert technical support, training, and guidance to installation teams and customers.

Technical Product Manager Requirements:
- NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience. An Engineering Degree would be advantageous.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools.
- Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.
