- Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align reward practices with business priorities.
- Lead the communication of reward and benefits programmes to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse trends in compensation and benefits to recommend improvements.
- Support the Human Resources team with reward-related projects and initiatives.
