Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

The Role

This is an important role within the operations function at FTEC Electrical. The technician is in direct contact with the customers daily and is responsible for ensuring all works are completed in a quality, efficient and safe manner. The technician's performance directly impacts customer satisfaction and repeat business. The technician will be able to deal with diagnosis and solves multifaceted service tasks working towards a swift resolution for the customer.

Required Qualifications

• The ability to work autonomously, with a small team and have excellent customer service skills.
• High level of attention to detail and a flexible approach to business needs with great time management skills.
• Ability to plan your day based around customer needs.
• Advanced fault finding ability.
• All training will be provided, we encourage applicants of all skill sets & backgrounds to apply.
• 3+ years' experience as Electrical Fitter / Mechanic.
• Qualification in Instrumentation.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Current Electrical Licence.
• CPR / LVR.
• Demonstrate strong electro/mechanical aptitude with maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
