Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Management, and Order Entry to support a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and ERP transformation programs, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

This role will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand business needs, document requirements, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process analysis and optimization.
  • Provide SME-level expertise in Order Management and Order Entry processes.
  • Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
  • Create process maps, user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system capabilities.
  • Support enterprise ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
  • Perform process and data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Develop and maintain source-to-target / target mapping documentation.
  • Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are aligned with transformation objectives.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to business leadership.
  • Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Strong experience with Order Management and Order Entry.
  • Experience working in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-level ERP implementations or transformation programs.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of business processes and ERP capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation.
  • Experience creating As-Is / To-Be process maps and gap assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong SQL query skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with target mapping / data mapping.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

ERP Experience

Experience with any major enterprise ERP or business platform is acceptable, including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise ERP solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Experience with process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in global / multi-region transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working across business and technology teams.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus without direct authority.
  • Experience in fast-paced enterprise transformation environments.
