Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Haywards Heath (RH16)<br />Salary: Up to £45,000<br />Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible)<br />No Call-Out | On-Site Parking Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a better work-life balance? We're recruiting for an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team, working at a single commercial office building near Haywards Heath. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a quieter environment, with no regular call-out and excellent long-term stability. The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
• General plumbing repairs
• Monthly tap temperature testing (L8)
• Basic electrical maintenance
• Contractor supervision and sign-in
• Client liaison
• Maintaining site logbooks and compliance records Experience with AHUs and FCUs would be beneficial, although specialist HVAC maintenance is subcontracted. What We're Looking For
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
• Electrically qualified or electrically biased
• Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Good all-round building services knowledge
• Comfortable working independently on a single-site contract
• Strong customer service and communication skills What's on Offer
