Job Description

Social Intelligence Analyst

London - hybrid (2 days per week) | 12 Month Contract | £250-310pd inside IR35

We're partnering with a globally recognised technology brand to hire a Social Intelligence Analyst to build and shape a brand-new social intelligence capability within its EMEA Social & Influencer team.

This is a unique opportunity to establish a function from the ground up, sitting at the intersection of social listening, consumer insight, culture and creativity. You'll help influence how one of the world's leading brands engages its audiences by turning social conversations, trends and cultural moments into insights that directly shape campaigns, content and strategy.

If you're naturally curious, love understanding what people are talking about online and enjoy transforming data into compelling stories, this is an opportunity to make a real impact!

The Role:

Working alongside the Social Strategy team, you'll become the team's expert on audience behaviour, cultural trends and social conversations across the UK, France and Germany.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring social conversations to identify emerging trends, audience sentiment, risks and opportunities
  • Using social listening platforms to uncover actionable insights that influence campaign and content planning
  • Analysing competitor activity, market trends and cultural moments to identify opportunities for the brand
  • Translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations for marketing and creative teams
  • Partnering with Social Strategy, Creative, Influencer, Communications and Operations teams to shape future campaigns
  • Supporting quarterly planning by providing insight-led recommendations and audience intelligence
  • Working closely with internal creator communities to understand audience behaviours and emerging trends
  • Helping build a best-in-class social intelligence function across the EMEA region
About You

You'll combine analytical thinking with a genuine passion for social media, digital culture and consumer behaviour.

You'll ideally bring:
  • Experience using social listening platforms such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr or similar
  • The ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong storytelling skills, turning data into meaningful business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A naturally curious mindset and passion for emerging digital and cultural trends
  • The ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced, international environment
Why Apply?

You'll join a collaborative international team responsible for shaping social strategy across EMEA, working on high-profile campaigns for one of the world's most recognised technology brands.

This is an opportunity to build something new, influence creative decisions through insight, and work at the forefront of social, culture and digital innovation within a global organisation.
