The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing. • Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational trade qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake a skills assessment or possess a certified "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills. • Strong PC literacy and comfort with administrative tasks. • Excellent customer focus, service orientation, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of trust and collaboration.
