Our client is a leading Middle Market Investment Bank seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic and growing Healthcare team in New York City. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support client engagements and business development initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and management presentations.
• Assist with due diligence processes, data room management, and transaction execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and cross-border teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to Healthcare.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and desire to develop within investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree required.
