The Role • Provide expert roadside assistance and repairs for a variety of vehicle issues. • Work a flexible schedule averaging 40 hours per week, with shifts between 06:00 and 02:00. • Receive your roster seven days in advance, with core working hours confirmed three days prior. • Embrace a dynamic role that requires problem-solving and quick thinking under pressure. • Act as a professional ambassador for a trusted automotive service brand. • Manage your own tools, vehicle stock, and reporting efficiently. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Flexibility to work on relatively short notice and potentially travel with overnight stays. • Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging roadside situations.
