Office Manager
Our client is looking for an Office Manager to keep their back office running smoothly and serve as the all-important go between for Sales, Production, and our Accounting teams.
Duties:
· Manage day-to-day administrative processes, filing, records, and office operations
· Invoice all sales orders and purchase orders
· Maintain sales logs and help keep workflow moving smoothly across departments
· Publish and maintain customer price books and pricing updates, keeping cost data current in Microsoft Business Central
· Support inventory control, purchasing, cycle counts, and vendor order tracking, including following up on POs, resolving back-orders, and reconciling vendor invoices
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure incoming shipments are received, inspected, and logged accurately
· Handle accounts payable/receivable, customer invoicing and statements, monthly bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, and returns/credits
· Maintain employee vacation schedules, labor allocation records, and workers'' comp/OSHA recordkeeping
· Jump in on phones and support customers whenever needed
Requirements:
· Experience with Microsoft Business Central (preferred, but training is available)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Strong background in accounts payable/receivable and general office administration
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· A great customer service personality — you''ll be a point of contact for customers and vendors alike
· Comfortable multitasking, shifting priorities, and managing time efficiently in a busy work environment
· Self-motivated and dependable
· A willingness to learn new systems and processes as we continue to grow
