The Role • Manage station logistics, prepare patient records, and ensure accurate filing of findings. • Support patient scheduling and coordinate organizational workflows for patient management. • Prepare thoroughly for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. • Perform patient-related tasks such as blood draws and provide essential services to ensure a smooth daily routine. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Doctor's Assistant, with a preference for prior experience in a ward or practice setting. • A structured, independent working style, resilience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. • Demonstrated responsibility, commitment, teamwork, a positive attitude, and strong service orientation. • Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and their families.
