Title: Sr Mobile Developer - Flutter

Location: Celebration, FL 34747

Duration: 16+ Months Contract

Work schedule: 2 days onsite per week minimum. Monday/Thursdays; subject to change

Job Description:

• We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology and digital-led initiatives across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, Merchandise, and other digital initiatives.
• This role sits within the Cruise Line organization and works closely with our Cruise Line partners and various technology teams across the company.
• The Senior Software Engineer will report to the Manager of Technology

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in software design, coding, code reviews, and assist software architects
• Collaborate across multiple teams, from product to design to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
• Manage production issues and solve novel problems unique to a shipboard environment
• Create opportunities to learn and improve the codebase
• May lead small projects encompassing analysis, design, programming, and debugging for our mobile application
• You will be expected to stay up to date with emerging technologies and pilot proofs of concept for those technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Five to eight years of developing mobile applications for enterprise and consumer use.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Strong proficiency and experience in Flutter with additional knowledge in Swift or Kotlin
• Experience integrating with backend systems, web services, and third-party software
• A growth mindset toward learning and a desire to give and receive feedback
• Experience composing and presenting thoughtful and implementable solutions to a variety of stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

Required Education:

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
