The OpportunityReporting to the Area Manager, the Accommodation Services Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners across the Gippsland region.
This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
- Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders
- Responding to incidents and feedback in a timely manner
- Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Clients and their families feel supported, engaged and respected
- Support workers are confident, capable and well supported
- Rostering and operational processes run smoothly
- Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care; ideally within NDIS
- Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable
- A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
- Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of current work rights in Australia
