Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Pharmaceutical Domain Experiences)

Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite – 3 Days/Week)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of experience and a strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and stakeholder management. This role requires working closely with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decisions.



Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business/Data Analyst.
  • Strong experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA is a plus).
  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data validation, and data quality processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.
  • Ability to create dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
