The Role

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to the company's concept.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during breakfast hours.
• Prepare specialty coffees using an espresso machine in the lounge area.
• Actively promote and sell offerings in the lounge and bar to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with different departments to gain insights into various hotel operations.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in hotel or gastronomy, or a strong interest in a career change.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for hospitality, and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to maintain high quality standards under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues across departments.
• Effective communication skills in German, with English being a plus.
