The Role • Champion a strong safety culture, promoting employee well-being and leadership accountability. • Drive employee engagement and retention by identifying and addressing issues related to the associate experience. • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent policy interpretation and application. • Support communication and change initiatives, fostering employee adoption of strategic priorities. • Lead employee relations investigations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent outcomes. • Oversee recruitment efforts, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and leave administration. What You'll Need • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional, non-administrative capacity. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII). • Familiarity with MS Office, HRIS systems, and effective presentation skills. • Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; SHRM certification is desirable.
