Job Description

Key Responsibilities
We’re also adopting IBM BAMOE product which is a vendor supported version of Kogito with emphasis on Quarkus development framework (as opposed to Spring Boot).
  • Own the engineering, scaling, and reliability of our Kogito platform
  • Partner with the Lead Director to architect, implement, and continuously improve tooling governance and platform strategy
  • Develop and roll out platform engineering best practices, standards, and documentation
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing engineering culture and mentoring peers
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, SRE, and governance stakeholders
  • Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Drive the implementation of proven governance frameworks, drawing on prior experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation, operational excellence, and platform growth

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ hands on experience in platform engineering, SRE, and software development
  • Deep expertise with the Kogito platform in realworld production environments
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing tooling governance frameworks
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of influencing and collaborating across teams
