Technical Sourcer / Contract / Hybrid / Rosemont, IL

Our client, a well-known food and beverage manufacturer, is actively hiring a Technical & Corporate Sourcer in their Rosemont, IL office! This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite.

Contract Duration: 2 months

In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates in the competitive talent markets. You will review resumes, support hiring managers through the hiring process, and schedule interviews.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields
• 3-5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Previous technical recruiting/sourcing experience

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and market trends
• Participate in intake meetings and recruitment planning discussions
• Provide sourcing insights and talent market intelligence to hiring strategies
