40 hours / week; 6 months / 990 hours

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

20+ Years - Project Management

10+ Years - Experience working in the pension or benefits industry

2+ Years - Agency/Employer Outreach Project Lead/Manager Role. This role must have included:

- Managing Outreach efforts of 50+ employers

- Development and execution of Employer Outreach Strategies and Plans

- Coordination of Employer Outreach testing and training activities

Preferred:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

1+ Year - Project Management experience leading testing and training
